"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "

"The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Another huge challenge we had was the shower. The door opens the same side as the shower head and it’s directly behind the door to the bathroom. It was incredibly inconvenient and there was water always all over the floor requiring cleaning up. Very weird layout. We also felt there needed to be more selection for the breakfast. We didn’t even eat there on day two. "

"The breakfast menu was good with hot eggs and bacon. The sauces for the potatoes were really tasty. "

"The young woman behind the desk when I checked in was, unfortunately, very unpleasant. Not only that, but there were a number of people waiting and she was not at all efficient in handling the crowd. I chose to come to this hotel and stay here. So when your staff is unpleasant, I will choose to go to any of the other hotels that are so close to yours along that stretch of the 401. I am a regular guest at your hotel, so this is very unfortunate. Thanks for your time. "

"Absolutely worth the price"

"After check In ,go into the room . the bed sheet still dirty . The toilet still dirt , no clean at all. And wait about 1.5hrs to get switch to new room . Very tired "

"This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos do NOT match the actual. We actually left immediately and booked another hotel. It smelled so bad I actually had a gagging fit. We were on the first floor… the back door to the main level would not close properly and anyone could walk in. The patio door lock could have been opened by a toddlers strength. Felt very unsafe. There were brown stains in the tubs, there were stained cracks in the doors. The room was musty. The bedding I did not even want to touch. The smell of smoke was to the point my 10 year old had to run out. TERRIBLE. Will never trust a travelodge again. "

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic, eggs, hash browns, sausages, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, pancakes and much more. All the staff but especially the gentleman over seeing the breakfast was friendly and efficient. Seen another staff member cleaning the lobby. "
