Excellent stay

We booked last minute for bank holiday stay. Room no 7 had the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in ! The room had everything we needed & the added sleep was a welcome bonus.

Lovely spacious room. Very clean. Slight mix up with keys on arrival, but was sorted after phone call. Only minor grumble, advertised as having toiletries but there wasnt any.

definitely worth it

Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in.

The place is clean, and is a short walk to the busy areas of Whitby. Not a huge deal, but I got kicked off the WiFi multiple times, and had to walk due four floors to re-scan the QR code. There is no staff, and the check-in process was a bit confusing. I eventually did see a message from them in my Expedia account, but I wasn’t checking that, since I was busy traveling. There’s a three-hour limit to the parking passes, so I don’t know what happens if someone shows up before 4. The place was fine overall.

The room was located in an excellent position but I didn’t realise there was no reception and just a key safe to get your key , this made me feel uncomfortable but the room was very clean

Clean, that's all you can say. It has no atmosphere. From the minute you manage to get your key to the time you leave, you see no-one; neither guests or staff. Won't stay there again.
