"Stayed just one night, also had drinks at the pub, easy access to Sherborne town centre, wheres plenty of shops, bars, cafes,Restaurants. Free parking if you are staying in hotel, for 24 hours. Register your car at reception. Had bath&shower which im happy to have. Clean,and very white bedding and towels, hangers, tea making facilities. . Comfortable bed. Staff i came into contact with were very nice. Would stay again next time im visiting friends in Sherborne. "

"We had a lovely holiday in Poole, The Antelope Hotel is well placed for the quay, not the best for the older generation as there was a lot of stairs and no lift, I think the hotel needs an up grade, the staff were all lovely and friendly, and you could not fault the food, lovely garden, lively area,and they do allow dogs."

"It’s very nice, if you can find it. On Sunday there are no buses into Poundbury so you have to walk through the development. There’s minimal signage and few people around to get directions. The B&B itself is quite nice and my room,#8, was quiet with a view for miles over the countryside. Ideal location to catch the local bus to Lyme Regis."

"We booked our stay via Tesco vouchers and it really has been great value for money. The hotel is very welcoming and eager to please. Abby greeted us and gave us lots of suggestions about where to visit and places to eat, not really necessary as the food there was absolutely first class. Breakfasts were included in the price and we were looked after brilliantly by Wendy - nothing was too much trouble - efficient, friendly and it was obvious that her customers came first, thank you Wendy! "We stayed at the marquis for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. We had a lovely stay everyone was really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and great view, and a tasty breakfast was included the next day. We would highly recommend staying if you're in the area, the location is fantastic and though we were only there for a short visit we hope to come back some day to spend some more time exploring the area!"

"The Fox was situated in a very pretty and quiet area. The room was well kept and the bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and served at a very relaxed pace. The staff listened to feedback and gave great service. A perfect place for a rest and recharge. I would have like to have seen bottled water anda box of tissues in the room for an extra touch."

"Booked a mid-week night away, our first stay here. Delighted with what we found: - good sized room (but would be good to have a socket or 2 by the bed). Clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff & owner. Good menu selection for our evening meal there. Right next to harbour and our room had sea views. Amazing breakfast - so much choice and loads. Even a residents car park. Would go back again."

"The Greyhound is in a lovely quiet village with lovely staff and as a solo traveller I felt at ease. The accomodation is not modern but is clean and tidy and in keeping with the building. The room was spacious add had that I needed."
