"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and clean. Shakira and Lauren (forgive me if I’m wrong on Lauren’s name) the two young ladies at the front desk were outstanding. They were both so sweet and helpful. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center."

"Came in town for a conference and Motto made it easy. Great location and great staff. I was a bit confused trying to find the place, but once inside, it was everything I needed. Clean and well appointed rooms. No fluff or wasted space. And the bed, dreamy. I travel for business regularly and for me it's not about the square footage. I like clean, quiet and accessibility. I would also like to SHOUT OUT - Maddy (the barista) she was so kind to make me a latte in the morning even thought they were still setting up the cafe."
