"My group really enjoyed the space. Because the bunk room is all doubles, 8 could sleep there and if the sofa pulls out, you could potentially get 15 in there! The stairs weren’t really listed but there are 3 full flights of stairs to access the 4 stories. Also-do not park in the garage. We were blocked in by a neighbor party and had to yell at the units until we figured out which was the owner of the jeep that blocked us in. "Great house for a stay in Germantown. The location was perfect and easy to get everywhere. House was everything we needed, will definitely stay here again"

"The place itself is great and is easily walkable many bars and restaurants. However, it is directly next to a homeless shelter and a soup kitchen. Most of the homeless people hang out across the street from the condo during the day. I would not feel safe walking at night by myself in the area."
