"The front desk staff, Lauren in the evening and Morgan on day shift, were excellent!
The elevator was out due to circuit hit by lightning about three weeks ago. Lauren explained during check-in and had to use a key to take guests up and down her entire shift. She has the most friendly and positive attitude. When we went in our room, it had not been cleaned. Beds had been slept in but sheets were not changed nor made.
