Indoor Pool + Game Rooms + Sports Court + Hot Tub + Golf Sim | Grand Timber

Grand Timber is a 5BR Poconos cabin with an indoor pool, two game rooms, a sports court, golf range, and hot tub—built for group fun.

Tucked into the wooded hills of the Poconos, Grand Timber is the kind of place where a group getaway becomes a full-on event. With multiple living spaces, two dedicated game rooms, and a backyard built for play, it brings adventure and downtime together under one roof for friends and family of all ages.

Step inside and the open living area pulls everyone together, blending cozy cabin warmth with an elevated, modern design. A majestic stone fireplace anchors the room—the perfect backdrop for a movie night and easy evenings in. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to cook on a crowd-sized scale, with high-end appliances and a generous island. Between the barstool seating and a dining table for 12, there's room for everyone to gather.

Grand Timber's two game rooms take indoor entertainment to another level. In the first, challenge each other to pool, shuffleboard, arcade hockey, or poker—or test your grip on the rock-climbing wall, all with a big-screen TV running in the background. The second room ups the ante with a golf driving range, basketball shootout, and arcade games, plus plenty of seating to sit back and cheer on the action.

The indoor pool room is a true showstopper. Kids can splash away in the pool, gated for added safety, while everyone else relaxes in the adjacent lounge or gathers around the wet bar. Rain or shine, it's hours of fun for the whole crew.

Outside, the fun keeps going. The expansive yard packs in a sports court, playground, putting green, horseshoes, and cornhole—plenty to fill an afternoon. As the sun dips, a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs and bench swings becomes the gathering spot for roasting marshmallows, stargazing, and trading stories. When it's time to wind down, sink into the hot tub and let the day melt away.

Five comfortable bedrooms send everyone off to a restful night. The primary suite is a private retreat with a king bed, TV, and a two-way fireplace shared with the ensuite bath, where a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities await. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer two full beds, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are bunk rooms, each fitted with two twin-over-full bunks—ideal for the kids or a larger crew.

More than a cabin, Grand Timber is a destination in its own right—and the surrounding Poconos give you every reason to explore. Just minutes away, Hickory Run State Park invites you to wander its famous Boulder Field, chase the cascade at Hawk Falls, and follow miles of forest trails. The Lehigh Gorge Trail runs practically out the door, perfect for biking and riverside walks along the Lehigh. Nearby Lake Harmony serves up kayaking, fishing, canoeing, and swimming through the warmer months, while winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing to Big Boulder just up the road. Families can make a day of the region's big water parks at Kalahari and Camelbeach, and the historic town of Jim Thorpe is an easy drive for shops, dining, and small-town charm. In every season, the Poconos set the stage for the kind of shared adventure a group remembers long after checkout.
