"The house was nice, small but nice. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The bunk beds were shaky so didn’t use the top bunk. The upstairs was very hot to sleep up there. The house had AC but appeared to only cool downstairs - main level. The deck was great to use but hazardous needs to be fixed and railing was a little shaky. Very close up the club - however we found Fly In Lake to be the better option. They were pet friendly which we appreciated. We did see a bear and her two cubs the second night there while sitting outside - she was attempting to get into the bear proof garbage container at the end of the driveway. Fortunately she continued onto another property and didn’t come up to the house. "

"House accommodated us well but was very disappointed on the cleanliness of the place, inside and out. Food left in refrigerator from former guests, coffee maker not cleaned and bathrooms needed some attention along with outside deck and table."
"This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. The house has air-conditioning throughout, I do not remember having that during our first visit and it is a game changer.
The area is very quiet, lots of beautiful walks if you bring a dog. Upstairs has a huge loft, beds are a bit small throughout but we find that everywhere we go, so we may be spoiled with our own bed. The loft is very light in the morning, great for an early riser, not so great for those who like to sleep in. Put your early risers upstairs!
Kitchen is a nice size and there is a grill on the patio. The patio has a gate you can close to keep pets and kids safe.
This home is one of the very few who cannot use Blue Lake Springs but White Pines Lake is a few minutes away and gorgeous too. "
