The service was very welcoming when we checked in and throughout our stay. We loved that they had hot breakfast options included in our stay. I loved how one of the staff went out of his way to check up local dining options for us when we asked him where can we eat around here. It's a cute quiet town and the room is very spacious. We would definitely come back again.

Staff very pleasant and helpful With the exception of one Assistant Manager who Needs retraining in Customer Relations and front Desk guest interactions. Informed manager of this assistant managers, and emailed manager who reportedly bumped it up to the GM. Got no response. Had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned. Use my own cleaning supplies to bring it up to a comfortable level I could rest. No financial allowance for these issues Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

The stay was convenient and nice. I read reviews the hotel is dated but it was well maintained and clean. No major issues or ckncerns. I enjoyed my stay. We had the room adjacent to the elevator and we didnt hear a thing. I have stayed in other hotels and that is the noisiest room. Not room 620. It was very quiet.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep! The rooms on the bottom floor are next to a parking area, and the noise of people coming and going (inside and out) will wake you up if you are sensitive to sound throughout the night. Our floor was under construction and the hallway was covered in dust. Some people walking around the hotel grounds late at night did not seem to be guests or employees - take that for what you will...
