"Do not work with this owner. They never sent us the check in information. When we contacted them they did not respond. When we finally spoke to them on the day of the rental they told us that there were wiring issues and a CO2 leak and told us to cancel the reservation. We tried to cancel but as it was within 24 hours we were not able to. They finally told us 1 hour before check-in time the rental was in fact ok. By then we already had checked into a hotel. They refused to cancel the reservation. Rent with this owner at your own risk. Totally unreliable."

"I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates with you regularly and gives you good information for a contactless check-in and check-out. The only detraction is the thin walls. It was very difficult for me to sleep because of the noise in the surrounding units. Dogs barking, TVs blaring, kids screaming, etc. I turned on some white noise and was fine, but just be aware that there's a lot of commotion in the surrounding units."
