"This small hotel only has one ADA room and we found out after we checked in that the A/C was broken in that particular room. And in this particular hotel, there are also no windows in the room so it was incredibly humid. The woman at the front desk did everything in her power to try and help us. She brought a portable A/C unit in, but it was also broken and water leaked out all over the floor. Then she brought us 2 small fans and we were able to make it through the night with those. We also just thought about checking out and leaving but I was in a time crunch and needed to get to an event. In addition, the toilet seat was really loose: more than likely from people like me that have to transfer themselves to the toilet. The location of the hotel was nice: you’re downtown and across the freeway from Deep Ellum. Parking was cheap, $11 and across the street. If you’re a normal healthy person I’m sure this place is fine but I can’t recommend it to anyone who is disabled at this time. "
