"Great overnight stay. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, easy access and parking. It’s an older motel property well maintained. Breakfast was light but good. "

"Had a great time staying at the Tavares Inn in Alamogordo. It is the only Bed & Breakfast in town & is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property itself is large with farm animals, and vegetation. The building is of Spanish Colonial style & is sprawling and beautiful. There is an indoor heated pool, an open bar with a donation box, and a pool table. It’s really a beautiful place. A huge breakfast is included & there are also snacks offered by the bar. Babs the owner/operator is Firecracker lol. I enjoyed chatting with her & highly recommend staying here."

"There was no up front disclosure about the cost of the pet fee. If I had know Iwas going to be charged $70. I might have looked elsewhere. We stay in a lot of different hotels and that is the highest rate I have ever seen. "
