"Air conditioning would constantly kick off. Staff was less than friendly. More interested in talking to each other than customers. The bathroom in our room was not very clean. Stained wall and shower curtain. No body wash in shower, but a bottle at the sink to use as hand soap. Probably will not ever stay there again when we are in Port Clinton."

"Exceptional hotel. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. Free breakfast was nice variety and satisfying. Terrace out back by the water is serene and the fire put adds perfect touch"

"Nothing really unique about the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, beds aren’t that comfortable though. Wish breakfast was served a little earlier, we had to leave around 5:30am and breakfast started at 6am so that was disappointing. Thankfully there’s a Dunkin down the street that was open. Staff were helpful, our keys stopped working and they got them fixed right away! Would stay again!"
