"We stayed in Serenbe for a wedding nearby. The rental was meticulously maintained and had every amenity that we needed and more. Plenty of room and beautiful decor. The area was very cute and charming. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"Check in was at 3 we arrived and had to wait for the host to text us the code after trying for hrs to get in contact with her. Once we got inside there were visible stains on the walls and rugs, the back porch had a whole mattress and box spring and old trash blocking the back door, dirty laundry was left in the laundry room, a vape and socks were under the bed, and if the icing on the cake was when a whole different group showed up trying to get access because our lovely hostess double booked...

"This motel needs to be shut down and renovated. The place had a really bad bug problem. I wasn’t even able to stay my visit because I have an infant and was not comfortable with him there. Also they had no concern or cared why I was checking out early. All the lady had to say was he don’t do refunds. "
