"Bed and pillow case are not comfortable very floppy pillow need upgrade hard bed. The toilet bowl for 3 days when u flush lot of black particle coming out. No service at all house keeping didn't come for 3 days. We paid for microwave and fridge has no freezer layer, microwave not working so we ask to change. Its just good to sleep room 132 were we sleep"

"Everything worked...plumbing, climate control, etc. While that may sound like it should be a "given," sadly, such isn't always the case. So it's worth mentioning when everything is as it should be. Plus, the "free hot breakfast," was the real deal with eggs, pancakes, sausage, gravy, etc."
