"Amazing accommodations! The Depot was exactly as it looked! Dishes and everything else you'd need, it was all right there. My 17yo loved the Hideaway bed and my 15yo son slept on the nice loveseat cause he is not "normal". Haha. The hosts were great and I would fully recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a fun and exciting stay in the gulches near Deadwood and Lead! "One of the best places to stay in the Black Hills. My husband, kids and I have stayed at many different locations in the area. Mountain Escape is our favorite. The location is perfect. Beautiful spot just a few miles outside of Deadwood, right on the snowmobile trails, and right next to the gas station to fuel up. The cabin is perfectly set up for our family.
