"Room was immaculate, amazing view of the zoo. Fully stocked with tea coffee and hot chocolate and jammy dodgers were a win for my son. Staff are so friendly and helpful… I put a note in my booking comments that this was a surprise from Santa brought by the elf, asked if a note could be put in the room ( did not think it would be read) There was a card from Santa on the bed when we got in the room…Christmas magic "

Lovely Spa area with large swimming pool, sauna etc. The only issue was the jacuzzi was broken, a slight disappointment however this does not detract from what was a wonderful stay. "
