We dont have electricity for the one night stay there because of bad weather. The staff didn't communicate really well with us on what to do. They just handed the key card and went to our room totally dark.

The toilet was clogged and since it was late on Saturday night, it was impossible to get it dealt with. Thank goodness there was a public bathroom elsewhere in the building. Overall it was a good advertisement for staying in a hotel.
