"Excellent hotel, service is great, food in pub is spot on. One word of warning, and this is an expedia issue is that the pin location that they have set for this hotel is 1.8 miles off, meaning if you are there for an event you are 35-40 minutes walk away from where you thought you was. Very misleading. Not the hotels fault but there is nowhere else to put this. Hotel was spot on, thank you"

"We stayed the this property for one night and was not disappointed. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our gorgeous room for the night. The interior decor of the room was beautifully thought through and fet cosy and homely. "Very nice family run hotel. Great hosts and very nice home cooked breakfast. Great location for pubs and restaurants if you did not want to eat in hotel."

"cheap and not so cheerful. In desperate need of a tidy up - room was cold as the radiator in the bedroom didn't work - had to leave the bathroom door open to get some heat from that one. Chef was too busy and declared the kitchen closed on my arrival - earlier than advertised. I did feel a bit sorry for him as he was the only senior person working and seemed to be doing most of the work himself."

"Brilliant Hotel with underground parking which was £10 for 24 hours. 5 minute walk to the shops. Right next door is the famous Rock City and we did wonder if we’d hear any noise from this but absolutely nothing at all and we stayed on a Friday night when it was open, our room was on the same side as Rock City and our window was in vent and still no noise at all.
