"Alex and Aiden run a lovely motel just outside the downtown area of Port Douglas. Coffee, biscuits and milk are a welcome touch in the room. Small kitchen is perfect for short stay. Pool was very nice. Walked across road to 4 mile beach and enjoyed being slightly away from the main streets of PD. Easy walk into town via harbour, lots of great advice from Alex and Aiden. "

"The bathroom ceiling and some parts of the wall had patches of mould, the shower rose kept falling down, we had to hold it with one hand and wash yourself with the other, the water spout on the bathroom basin was loose and nearly falling off, the hair dryer didn’t work, the vinyl floor planks around the beds were lifting and had big gaps between them, the restraints advertised was non existent. The photos shown on their website must have been taken years ago, our room was in poor shape "

"When we arrived, the entire place appeared abandoned suddenly, no one there, some room doors open. We called out and no one responded. The place was in disrepair and dirty. The experience was creepy and we left, to find another motel. We want our money back!"
