"I'd had a long day near the end of a long trip, and searched the trunk of the car in vain hopes of finding a few items that I'd probably left behind someplace days earlier. Concerned that I was OK and might need help, the woman staffing the front desk came out to make sure I was OK and to offer assistance, and then made sure that I got the nearest room so that I wouldn't need to tote my things very far. Heads-up, welcoming, go-the-extra-mile service, with a smile. There are other choices here, but on what's likely to become a regular stop between my new home and old friends, this is the place where I'll stay."
