Sri Panwa made my visit to Phuket remarkable! They were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The staff were beyond friendly, A++!! The hotel has great views from almost everywhere. It has interesting nooks and corners and seating / relaxing areas indoors and outdoors with great views. The rooftop bar - babas nest is outstanding ! The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are great . The property has character and charm although it is short of top end luxury. The beach is small but other things more than make up for it. The infinity beach pool has stunning views and it was a pleasure to hang around that area. Although it is expensive, for the price point it is definitely great value. For us, the interesting spaces all over the property with great views mattered more and we would definitely choose this resort again over most resorts in Phuket.

The hotel is very beautiful, breakfast is very good, pools are beautiful. The beach is terrible. You need to go down and climb 102 stairs. The beach is full of rocks and it is almost impossible to get into the sea.

I wish the property would update its fitness facilities. The cardio equipment is dated. Not enough towels were provided in the room each day. The area outside the complex is also looking really tired and unloved. I do, however, love the staff at this hotel. They are great. Attentive, warm and welcoming

The property is beautiful and amazingly built. This is on the shore and we stayed in a pool suite. Overall the property has the making for a five star review but there were a few items lacking attention. For starters, the main pool was closed for our entire visit. Then half of the hotel was closed on one day for a private event. Lastly, they could not seem to keep up with the food items on the menu. Two nights we ordered room service and were told items were not available. The second night it was our main course choice so we cancelled the order. This is a place for solitude. The only time we saw other guests was breakfast.
