"Everything was better that i expected, it was really luxury experience"

"Very smooth contactless check in but the quality of the beds were poor"

"Bonne situation géographique pour visiter Cracovie. Chambre correcte et propre. Petit déjeuner diversifié et bon."

"The hotel has spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. The rooms have excellent controllable air con with an additional humidifier if required. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel is only a short 10 mins walk to the old town. Would happily stay again if visiting Krakow."

"Great accomodation, especially for the price paid. Lovely comfortable self-contained flat, fully equipped kitchen, and a very good shower. Short walk from all major old town attraction, and the coach pick-up point for our Auschwitz and Salt Mine daytrips were located just 5min walk round the corner. Plenty of takeaways and Zabka stores nearby, as well as being across the road from a train station for extra connectivity. For info, cost of the Bolt from accomodation to airport at 0400 was less...

"Lovely location Nice clean modern Just so many stairs to the 3rd floor so after a long day of tours it's was hard work getting back upstairs But if your fit it's a great stay"

"Situation géographique stratégique. Bonne communication malgré l'absence physique d'accueil. Chambre fade mais de grande dimension. Cafetiere nespresso et bouilloire. Juste en face du marché couvert : top mais en même temps réveillé tot le matin. Alarme s'est déclenchée au milieu de la nuit. Pas de ménage durant trois jours : plus, ce serait franchement limite surtout qu'il n'y a aucune éponge ou détergent à disposition. Mais globalement, cette location reste très correcte."

"The hotel is spotlessly clean and front desk staff very helpful. Great location though rooms on street are noisy with partners and traffic. We solved it by closing windows and using a fan for white noise. So great hotel with that caveat"

"Nice staying in a comfortable and clean room with all the necessary staff and a wonderful view!"

"Overall, good place to stay and great location closely to the centre by walk."
