"The reception was too busy guy, only working alone. Even 24hours check-in, if someone got stuck, there was a queue. The reception man was kind enough to support me during the small time he could have, but it seems overloaded. The hotel should put another people for check-in. This makes a bit stressful for me when I arrived late night."

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the railway station and across the road from the bus station. "
