Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin sowie eine geräumige Küche, die über zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Kaffeemaschinen und – was im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird – eine Waschmaschine verfügt. "Environnement exceptionnel, cosy tout pour un moment de repos dans un cadre très nature!"

"Gite agréable et spacieux avec piscine et ping pong sur place pour les activites. Nous en avons profité pour visiter Maroilles, Chimay et nous avons été mangé une frite chez "Thierry la frite" à Aulnoye-Aymeries. Les gens "du coin" sont tellement gentilles et avenants. En plus nous avons eu très beau temps. Cest onéreux mais ce fût un pur plaisir aucun regret."

"Très bonne communication. La maison est fonctionnelle, propre. Bien située. Résidence calme. Les lacs sont proches de la maison.Seul point négatif, les fenêtres des chambres n’avaient pas de velux/store/rideaux ce qui de la chambre parentale etait gênant car nous avions vue sur les fenêtres du voisin d’en face. A priori ceux-ci sont en commande et seront installés dans la semaine ce qui sera appréciable pour les prochains locataires."
