"A nice hotel with friendly dining room staff. The room/bathroom were a little bit tired but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The grout and tiles need a refresh. Steam from a short, hot shower triggered the fire alarm and we were met with a fierce member of reception telling us, ‘you have triggered my fire alarm’…by using the shower! Food was much better than expected at dinner. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice. £10 per night to park. Well located. We didn ’t use the spa but hot tub, sauna etc looked ok too. We would defo use again if we got a good deal."

"Brilliant location and spotless room and main areas. The rooms are slightly dated and the hotel could use some TLC on the walls and ceilings in some locations. The bar was great as was the breakfast but we didn't use the restaurant. The grounds are extensive and lovely to see the bunnies hopping round. The location is also top notch and we will return next time we visit Keswick."
