"Rooms are clean but in need of an update. Staff at breakfast were lovely and very accomodating. No available parking at the hotel directed to nearest paid carpark!!"

The spa was very average, it could be significantly better as well. It was very busy for how small it was, they could have it a lot bigger if they used the space better as there is a big gym area bigger than most hotels and not one person used it!"

"Rooms are shabby all round but the curtains were falling of the rods, the windows were in a sad state and the bathtub was awful. My room looked directly onto an alley full of commercial garbage bins and a rooftop bar was directly across from the window. The tv remote had no back and was held together with duct tape."
