"THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. BOTH YOUR RECEPTION STAFF HAVE GREAT DECISION MAKING SKILLS. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Côte d’Azur. We were welcomed warmly and especially enjoyed Siswe, the gentleman at reception. The apartment was so beautiful and clean and had everything we could have needed. Keep in mind that in South Africa, there are no electrical plugs in bathrooms "

"A secluded and quiet B&B, with wonderful hosts, staff and great accommodation. "Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! "
