"Quick check in, friendly staff, clean quiet room. Only negative was the juice machine wasn't working but that's a minor inconvenience. They still had juice in another dispenser. Very nice stay overall"

"Very modern hotel and room! The staff was very friendly and professional and made check-in very easy! The breakfast area was open and very well-lit with many breakfast options available. The breakfast area and lobby had many places to sit and eat breakfast or work on computers, phones, etc. Parking was ample and safe. Getting to the hotel was a little confusing with the way the frontage roads were laid out. Overall, a very good experience!"

"In an easy to access location right off I-40 with lots of restaurants and shops around. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfy although small (probably doubles), so not ideal for two grown adults to share one. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast but good. Would stay there again. "

"While the room was clean, it wasn't the room we reserved. Instead of the king size bed that was reserved, we received two double beds. While the bathroom was clean, there was no heat in the bathroom, so it would be cold while taking a bath or shower. Plus, it was obvious there had been repairs made in the bathroom. Because of other signs, it's obvious the entire facility is dated, and could use updates or improvements. And the one thing I found odd was the absence of a phone and a clock in the room. Never have I stayed anywhere that didn't have a phone and clock in the room until that Quality Inn. While it is close to BSA, our destination, my wife and I won't be staying there again."

"Who in the world and why would you design the bathroom with a barn door with a glass panel?Why? At night if you're using the bathroom, the l8ght being on floods the entire room waking up the others. If you anyways install such door at least use a better quality track so, again won't wake up others from the noise it makes"
