Scandic Berlin Kurfürstendamm

"We arrived to a warm welcome, We have stayed here before so this was our 2nd stay. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The staff very friendly and helpful. I do love the way they make your room on request so not to disturb you, you can request extra towels etc if needed if you dont want house keeping. We had breakfast inculded this time, it can get very busy at breakfast. There is a lot of choice and we left full. It would be nice to see orange juice and whole bacon slices instead of bacon bites. The hotel is in a excellent location and near the ubahn. I will definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location, just steps from the terminal building. Check-in was efficient and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped. Soundproofing was good. The spa area with sauna was a great bonus. Highly recommend for convenience and comfort."

"You dont have to go anywhere else unless maybe you are looking for a pool or a massage. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is an attached wonderful bakery that services the onsite restaurant and the onsite coffee shop. We were attending an expo so we were able to have a nice cocktail and delicious food without having to go back out. You are also only a 12 minute walk to Savignyplatz where there are lots of options as well."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. Great breakfast, had dinner there 2 nights. It is located close to a bus that gets you to the train quickly. If you’re traveling around Munich, this is an amazing “home base”. Rooms were specious and comfortable."

"Why 5 star... Plentiful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, location, spacious room and a wonderful Club lounge. Each staff member who I spoke with (from the front desk, breakfast staff and to the Club lounge staff) were all friendly and keen to stop and talk. The location is great (near to Zoo, S & U and bus Bahn stops (there is a direct S Bahn train from BER airport to Zoo (then a short 5 minute walk to the hotel)."
