"I have stayed here a few times now and on this occasion I stayed in room 6. It was incredibly hot, even with the heating off and window open and to add to that with the window open the kitchen fans outside would come on, along with the odd employee having a break outside and chatting and this was at around 10pm, so could be disruptive from a noise point of view. However, the place is very clean, comfy beds, food is excellent, as is the service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Easy parking on site and you feel secure at the location."

"Needed a break from a very hectic schedule, this was perfect. A little gem hidden away from everything, just peace and quiet. A lovely space, perfect for what we were looking for, a well equipped kitchen, so home cooked meals for the 4 nights we stayed and curled up on the well cushioned sofa's watching DVD's. If you are looking for somewhere to to decompress and get away from the world, this is the place, highly recommend. Look forward to going back soon."

"Fantastic two night stay in beautifully appointed converted stable. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor was modern and attractive. It consisted of a large living/dining room with integrated kitchen. There were two comfortable sofas and a large dining table with six chairs. The two bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The main bedroom had a wardrobe and the other a hanging rail. Fans were thoughtfully provided which was a godsend in the late heatwave. There was more seating upstairs in the form of a little mezzanine room accessed by vertical steps, which is fun for the nimble. The bathroom contained both a bath and separate shower. Parking was easy in the field outside the cottage. There was a patio and bbq with views over a field with sheep. Daryl and Rachel the owners were great at communication from the outset, and responded immediately to a couple of queries when we were there. They provided us with a delicious cake, loaf, eggs, crisps, milk and butter. Thank you for a lovely stay. The Stable provided us with an ideal base to attend a family wedding."
