"Konkrete Urlaubsgeschichte; Ein schönes HĂ€uschen „Tobias Top 2“ , sauber, einladend, gute Lage. Das Problem, die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Warmes Wasser gab es. Ich informiere den Vermieter und er ĂŒberzeugte sich selbst. Solche Dinge passieren eben genauso wie das Auto mal streiken kann. Der Vermieter kĂŒmmerte sich darum und die Angelegenheit war bald erledigt. Der Notdienst kam und die Fußbodenheizung tat ihren Job."

"Der Aufenthalt war toll. Lediglich die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war hakelig. Dies fĂŒhre ich inzwischen jedoch auf FeWo-direkt zurĂŒck. Es hat sich herausgestellt das weder wir mit dem Vermieter noch er mit uns direkt Kontakt aufnehmen kann. Nach dem wir es geschafft hatten die Kontaktdaten von FeWo-direkt zu bekommen, lief es sehr plötzlich einwandfrei und sehr unkompliziert."
