No Beach gear is allowed in the building or in the condo per the Owner and Condo HOA Rules. Renter is responsible for any fines if they are assessed
You must bring or rent bed linens and pillow cases, they are NOT provided. I have a Queen in the Master, two twins in the den and the sofa is a full.
Signed lease and picture ID required with all rentals. There are no Electric Car chargers in the Village. NO Charging from a condo outlet.
