3 bedroom home. 2 baths. Spacious open plan with open kitchen, nook, living and dining room that opens up to a Lanai that has a bar, outdoor TV and dinning table. Right off the lanai is a beautiful heated pool that overlooks a golf course and small pond. You'll have a garage for your car. golf cart and storage items. You'll be in a community that offers a recreation building with a larger pool.
The home is located just about in the center of the entire Villages community giving you easier access to the all the recreation available as well as the town centers

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Nice golf course view on a quiet street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from wine glasses to stock pots. Convenient pantry to keep your snacks & food. The pool area is beautiful with waterfall feature. Plenty of closets & drawers. Hope to be back again!

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days. The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida. Thanks and looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay here. The pics are beautiful, but don't fully do it justice. The home was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to feel like we lived there. The pool was wonderful, the view of the golf course was lovely. And Michael was so helpful & attentive. We will for sure stay here again. LOVED it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to everything yet in a very Quiet neighborhood. Being able to park our car and golf cart in the garage was a bonus. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Great communication with the owner before, during and after our visit. The home is exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated. The weather was too cool to visit the pool, but the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. The house is close to a casual country club for dining. Loved our stay and this house was a huge part of that!

This is one of the nicest places that we have tented. The house is in pristine condition and beautifully furnished. Perfect location and convenient to golf, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be back.

Michael provided the perfect vacation property. Everything in home worked and showed zero wear and tear of properties in the past. We had a great week in his home, the pool, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen were spotless. What is not to like. This home is in a superb neighborhood with great neighbors, quiet, clean, close to shopping , short drive to Brownwood for music and shopping. Mike and Denise can be very pleased with their property. Don’t think twice, just book.

The pics don’t do it justice! What great stay! We wanted for nothing. Extremely well equipped. Super communication with the owner. 9 mins from grocery, 12-15 mins from Brownwood Paddock.
