Our spacious 5-bedroom coastal condo accommodates up to 15 guests and is perfectly located for enjoying everything Wildwood has to offer. We’re just a short walk from the beach, Wildwoods Convention Center and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

THE PROPERTY

The Burk Beach House is Unit #4 in a condominium building and occupies the top two floors.

The property includes a spacious outdoor deck, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and plenty of room for families and groups to relax after a day at the beach.

PARKING

The property includes 2 designated parking spaces in the parking lot across the street, located to the right of the blue building.

The spaces are not individually labeled and no parking passes are required. We ask guests to provide the make and model of the vehicles that will be using the lot so we can identify authorized vehicles and help prevent towing issues if unauthorized vehicles use the property.

IMPORTANT — LINENS & TOWELS
Guests may bring their own linens and towels or add linen service for an additional fee. Service can include fresh bed sheets and pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, with beds prepared prior to arrival. Please request linen service in advance. For guests who prefer to bring their own linens, a laundromat is conveniently located approximately one block from the property.

Please do not sleep directly on the mattresses or mattress protectors. A $50 cleaning/replacement charge may apply if a mattress protector is stained or damaged as a result.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Checkout: Before 10:00 AM
• Self check-in with smart lock

Please respect the check-in and checkout times. Unauthorized late checkout without prior approval may result in a $50 per hour charge.

HOUSE RULES

We want everyone to have a great stay while also respecting our home, neighbors and condominium community.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 15 guests — no exceptions. Only the number of guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. No additional overnight guests without prior approval. The reservation may not be transferred or sublet.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep voices, music, TVs and other noise at a respectful level, particularly during these hours.

Parties & Events: No parties or events are permitted. Excessive occupancy, serious disturbances or other significant violations may result in termination of the stay in accordance with applicable booking-platform rules and law.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at The Burk Beach House!

* Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation
* $175 standard pet fee per stay (covers up to 2 dogs)
* All dogs must be disclosed when booking
* Dogs must be house-trained
* Dogs should be kept off beds and furniture
* Dogs may not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated
* Guests must clean up after their dogs and properly dispose of pet waste
* Dogs with a history of aggressive behavior are not permitted
* Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning

Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the property. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning, deodorizing or remediation costs resulting from smoking inside the property.

Commercial Photography: Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval.

TAKING CARE OF THE HOME

• Please remove shoes at the door.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Do not rearrange furniture.
• Do not attach decorations to walls, ceilings, doors or furnishings.
• No glitter or fireworks anywhere on the premises.
• Utility and owner closets are off-limits to guests.
• No illegal substances or illegal activity are permitted.
• Guests may not climb onto the roof or enter restricted or unsafe areas.
• Please report damage, spills, stains or breakage as soon as reasonably possible.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

GRILL & OUTDOOR AREA

Guests are welcome to use the gas grill.

Please move the grill safely away from the building and use it only in the designated outdoor area. Never leave a lit grill unattended and always turn off the propane after use.

BEFORE CHECKOUT

Before leaving, please:

• Wash and put away dishes.
• Remove trash and place it in the designated trash area.
• Return household items to their proper locations.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• Make sure the grill and propane are completely turned off.
• Leave the property in reasonably clean condition.

Excessive trash or cleaning requiring work beyond a normal turnover may result in additional charges. Excessive trash removal may result in a $50–$200 charge, depending on the additional work required.

DAMAGES

Please let us know about accidental damage or breakage as soon as possible.

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Damage claims and additional charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking platform, rental agreement, security deposit and/or damage-protection terms.
