"Clean, comfortable, roomy 3 bedroom. Quiet and safe neighborhood ."

"They provided snacks and were welcoming and friendly. Cute neighborhood with good places to eat within a block or two and very close to the parks! My only note is that it smelled a little off and it may have been to do with the AC being in a window near the dumpsters behind the property? Not sure because the house was spotless! Maybe a glade plug in or such to keep it smelling fresh?"

"All in all good stay. Did’t like they can listen in on conversation with the systems they have in the kitchen. Siding was knocking on the outside wall, but would a guess it blew off in the wind storm the day before we arrived. Nice clean place"

"My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine."

"Nice place. Suited our needs for attending a graduation at WashU. Only issue was the information emailed to us mentioned a pull-out sofa, but the location does not have one. Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed."

"Very nice place to stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis - most everything is close by. Across the street is Tower Grove Park - lots to do their. Try to go to Friday Food Trucks if you can. That was fun. The duplex was clean and quiet and very. I would definitely stay there again."

"Came to town just for a family wedding in marthasville & fell in love with Washington! Such an adorable little town with everything possible. We had desserts to bake for the wedding & the kitchen was so well equipped so that was a big plus! Local restaurants and park were also a draw for the area, and the river view was amazing! Thank you for such a welcoming bungalow!"

"We had a great time! The Red Barn was just what we needed for some quiet time to relax and take our time in St. Charles. The location is the perfect distance from the main street so you don't have to walk far to find something to do, but it's also not right on the "main drag" where you'd have people walking by all the time. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"Home was in perfect location. Close to the Historic District. Very pet friendly home and location; great places to walk our dog. Host provided clear instructions on how to locate the home and checkin process. House was clean and even though our stay was over a weekend, it was quiet. Plenty of towels - we didn't cook but kitchen seemed stocked with the necessities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"Nice property just minutes from SLU and Downtown. Easy drive to get to the local Universities and an inexpensive Uber ride to get Downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The property just about had everything you needed."

The host was attentive without being intrusive and the property was beyond any preconceived expectations, A beautiful home with all the amenities you would expect and more. "Location is close to the interstate making it accessible to the airport and an easy drive to downtown St. Louis. Just a short drive to the quaint downtown St. Charles which we took advantage for a quick meal at Lewis and Clark. Owners are responsive and check in/out was easy. Accommodations were clean and kitchen has updated appliances. Great fenced backyard was perfect for our pup."

"This house was perfect for our family to hang out and hit Main Street in St. Charles. The house itself has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and has enough space for a big family chill and watch movies or play video games. It is within walking distance of all the attractions on Main Street and if you are up to it, the Ameristar casino."

"The cottage is immaculately furnished inside, and the bed is very comfortable. Just a very short walk to Main Street. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting St. Charles."
