Mängelliste der Wohnung Nr. 5 (Parterre)

keine Hausmappe mit Beschreibung für Internet-TV, Spülmaschine... schlechte Verkehrslage: starker Verkehrslärm, 4 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster knarrende Betten, Hellhörigkeit von oben, fußkalt fehlende Küchenutensilien: Korkenzieher, Flaschenöffner, nur 2 Weingläser, minderwertiges Besteck Vergrünte, nicht benutzbare Terrassenmöbel nicht gekennzeichnete defekte Steckdose führt zur Stromunterbrechung modern aber wenig wohnlich und spärlich eingerichtet für 70 €/Tag geht es wesentlich besser

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist top. Allerdings haben wir die Wohnung in der 1.Etage bekommen, da die eigentlich gebuchte doppelt vergeben wurde. Die Lage ist ok, man kann mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen.

Sehr saubere, moderne FeWo, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Günstig gelegen; kurzer Weg zum Nahversorgungszentrum (super Bäckerei). Mit dem Fahrrad kann man auf Nebenwegen prima ins "Grüne" fahren. Das Bad hat leider noch Potential; kein WC-Papierhalter, nicht genügende Be-/Entlüftung. Keine Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken. Begrenzte Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung. Corona-Konformes kontaktloses Ein-/Auschecken. Sehr freundliche/entgegenkommende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. :-)

Enttäuschend

Fangen wir mit dem Check-In an - Vermieterin zum vereinbarten Termin zwecks Wohnungsübergabe nicht erreichbar Zustand der Wohnung ok. Leider war es nicht möglich das Badezimmer zu heizen. Da musste der Fön herhalten. Funktion der medial zur Verfügung gestellten Geräte,: - WLAN in Ordnung, Fernseher mehr ohne Empfang als mit. Darauf angesprochen teilte die Vermieterin mit, dass das nicht ihr Problem sei. Notwendige Küchengeräte vorhanden und in Ordnung.
