"Great place for a short getaway for my husband myself and our two dogs. The fenced in yard for the dogs made our time at the house very relaxing. The house was equipped with everything you need. Nice kitchen. Berlin was a cute town with great food. I would definitely recommend. We will stay there when coming back to the area."

"Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine."

"Our overall experience was almost perfect with just a few minor things that could have made it better (NOTHING wrong with the house). We enjoyed our time and there was plenty of room along with it being 3 stories so everyone had their own privacy. If I could offer any advice 1. With only having the cable remote, we couldn’t open our Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the tv’s. 2. Use blackout curtains if the future plan is to leave the outside lights on. And 3. "We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...

Also the smoke detector went banana s the first night every 40+ mins. But as soon as we called the emergency number they took care of it! Great family option, would love to stay again!"
