"It was beautiful Big bedroom. 2 bathrooms, baloney the staff was everywhere, you could not get lost. Live music. Restaurants. I cant wait to return Ooohh the water so blue!!"

"Overall , it’s a beautiful resort . Majority of the staff was very helpful. Some not so much . One thing I hate about the resort is the dining accommodations . In order to eat at one of the reservation restaurants you have to book the day prior . I flecked in on a Monday around 5pm. That meant I didn’t have an option for Monday for a nice sit down dinner , as well as Tuesday . I booked a reservation for Wednesday . The only time slot available was for 6pm . I had an excursion that ended well after 5:30 pm. So basically, I was stuck eating at the buffet my whole trip . Very disappointing. And no staff attempted to make any accommodations. I was told one thing at check in and another when time to make dinner plans ."

"Breakfast was great, Nahidi the breakfast supervisor was excellent, the pools were great, the bubbles in the rounded small swimming pool beside the main pool does not work but yes in the small rounded swimming pool in front of the reception, the car rental Smart Wheels, gave us an amazing service. The improvement i would suggest is to make sure the front desk staff should be much more friendly i am an hotel manager in Bonaire and for sure i know how important is the front desk staff attitude,"

"Booked due to great reviews but have stayed at much better places. Air conditioning worked well, beach towels are provided and pictures match but there are ants, tv didn’t work, and there was a bad smell during my stay. My room was changed to a room with less of a smell but there was still a slight smell and it wasn’t cleaned well. The pool was not enticing and I expected a different type private beach. Yes it’s private but you can’t sit in the sand and water, and the water is rough. You must know how to swim. Overall it was a decent stay but I wouldn’t stay here again and the reviews are misleading. Staff was helpful…and it was walking distance to restaurants but no breakfast or replenishment of drinks."
