NOTABLE DETAILS — ENERGY TRANSPARENCY
We believe in complete transparency: electricity at Palm Piscadera is charged separately and is not included in the nightly rate. Usage is billed at $0.50 per kWh and settled after checkout. Curaçao's consistent trade winds keep the apartment naturally cool during the day. Most guests find air conditioning is only needed at night with doors and windows closed, which keeps costs very manageable. We share this upfront because we'd rather you know before you book. A $500 security deposit where applicable (held on your credit card) is required at booking.
