The property was excellent, exactly as described. The ocean view was beautiful. The host is quick to respond to questions and concerns. The only drawback was the construction across the street, which was noisy from time to time.

Do yourself a favor and find a different place. The complaints about construction noise are real. I asked the owner about noise before renting, and he said the construction noise was minimal because it was indoor now. Woke up to very loud buzzing of multiple cutting tools. Owner sent his property manager who immediately recognized the issue and apologized. We requested a refund, spent hours documenting with Vrbo customer service, and we still have nothing refunded and no word about resolution despite verbal and written assurances from the owner.
