We loved staying in Williams! During the off-season it was nice not to be burdened with crowding-a comfortable distance from The Grand Canyon. The house was great! Clean and the owner was super nice and communicative.

Quiet neighborhood, perfect house for the 5 of us. The only downside was that we only had two nights in the house, would have liked to stay another couple days.

We stayed for a couple of days prior to taking train to Grand Canyon. The house is very comfortable and a great choice in Williams. It is convenient to train station and main street. The beds were comfortable and i loved the reclining sofa. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a meal. We had a little trouble with internet but Paul was quick to respond and get us going. We enjoyed our two days here.

We are two couples in their 60-70. We spent one night in the house, on our way to GC from Phoenix. House is very nice, spacious, clean, well equipped both in the kitchen and in bathrooms. Location is very good, walking distance to historic Rt 66, in a quit neighborhood. We recommend this house for a stay in Williams.

We are a family of five that was looking for a staging spot in Williams for our Grand Canyon adventures, and this place was perfect for our needs. The decor was tasteful, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything one might need for getting food to the table. Williams is not a big town, so everything is nearby, but you are sufficiently far from the train to not be woken by the blaring horn if that is a concern. Communication with the property management was top notch. Would love to stay here again on our next Route 66 trip!

Only one night stay so we could enjoy bearazona and the roller coaster and down town old 66. The home was very nicely furnished beds were comfy we slept good. Some of the inside cabinets could have been a little cleaner but wasn't real bad. One surprise was the portable air conditioner which helped cool off the living and kitchen area when we got there. All in all this home is very reasonably priced and in a quiet but close to town location. I will definitely consider tis home on my next Williams visit.

About an hour south of the Grand Canyon, situated in a neighborhood close to the small town of Williams, it was the perfect resting spot on our way to Scottsdale. The town is very cute and small-it was all closed bc we were there on thanksgiving day. Wish we could have gone to the Route 66 museums and shopped a little! The house is absolutely gorgeous with a huge kitchen, two seating areas, laundry room and three large bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend for the area.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in July. We found comfy and soft linens, bedding and beds, but the king bed is a little high. We were a little surprised by how comfortable the house was overnight with just fans and open windows! (Being from the south the “dry heat” felt so much cooler during the day.) There were paper products and soaps and shampoos in the kitchen, baths, and laundry rooms which is a great touch! We loved the simple yet charming decor of the home inside and out. Owners were very quick to respond anytime we communicated.
