"The little cabins were just as described. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. What to be aware of is that it is right next to a busy road/ freeway but once you are inside it was cozy. In the kitchen we had everything we needed for a simple stay without much cooking. I would stay there again."

"great place and very clean"

"The cottages were quaint. We really liked the big tv. The inside was clean. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We will return again."

"Could use better WiFi but overall a great place for the price and location was awesome"

"The experience of sleeping in an original train caboose was worth it. Room warmed up quickly. That said, it’s TINY and the bathroom could use an upgrade. It sleeps 6, but it doesn’t hold 6. No place to sit, no place to set things down, and we were having to weave around each other. But it was a fun experience."

"Great place to stay. Loved the room, very clean and comfortable. Great location to Williams and Grand Canyon. "

"The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

"Great stay for our family!"

"The Cozy Mountain Cottage is the perfect description for this place. The space is comfortable, clean with modern amenities and some vintage appliances too! The beds were comfortable and clean too!The property is also large enough to feel like you've got a quite spot in the forest to yourself.Definitely recommend, will definitely return!"

"The communications through message and e-mail always come on time with detail description. Room is clean and organized."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny home!! Excellent location between Williams and the Grand Canyon. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great communication and easy check in process. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"Fue increíble, felicitó al dueño de la propiedad. Nunca había ida a un sitio tan completo. Dios lo bendiga mucho."

"It had rained before we got there and the power was out until after 10:00pm. The parking area was all muddy. No way to clean off your shoes. Bed was good."

"Good location. Around an hour drive to Grand Canyon. RV was clean. One of the curtains for a bedroom was broken. Lichen had enough utensils to cook."

"All around fantastic comfortable stay. Amenities were above and beyond. Beautiful place to disconnect. We will be back!"

"What initially started off as a nice trip ended very poorly."
