"Came here with 12 and 15 year old and this was the perfect place. The cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable...we slept so well! The property is secluded and so pretty. We were just 2 mins from restaurant and dock/boat rentals on Torch Lake. We took day trips to Petoskey, Mackinac Island...easy drive."

Clam House -- vacation home to families for generations

"This was our 7th year staying at this cottage. We love the location…30 min boat ride to the sandbar on Torch Lake or 5 min to the Grass River for a ride up to Bellaire. My favorite is sipping coffee on the screened in porch each morning listening to the waves. Plenty of golf courses nearby to choose from. We also enjoy the local restaurants. Thank you for also allowing fur kids, our Pug loves pontoon rides so I’m happy we can bring her. Reservation is already made for next year, can’t wait! "

"This property was even better than promised. The cabin is spacious, clean and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything! Kitchen was the best stocked of any rental I have stayed at and the bed and linens were very nice and very comfortable. Location is super private - tucked back in the woods where you will only hear birds and only see wildlife. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back!"

"This cottage is off the beaten path but very nice. Views from the house are breathtaking from the house and the trails. The new hot tub on the front patio was our go to sunset location. We grilled out on the patio almost every night as well. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Definitely a place to come back to. "
