Excellent stay

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Will definitely be back. Off the beaten path but so close to everything within minutes. Clean, quiet and peaceful.

Just a few days to take the kids to Busch Gardens. Nice atmosphere, clean place and lots to do on facility grounds. The pools, volleyball and basketball kept the teens busy while we were there

Great Family Fun

The common areas like pool, gym and games were amazing! Everything was clean and nothing out of place. The rooms were so spacious, lots of room to spread out with 5 people. Definitely would stay here again!

Williamsburg Retreat

After a full day at the amusement parks or colonial Williamsburg, the resort is the perfect place to relax.The grandkids loved the main pool area and when they had enough, I was able to spend some “me time “ in the adult tranquil pool.

Great family resort

We had a wonderful time. The listing was accurate and the unit was perfect size for my large family. The grounds were beautiful and it had lots of fun kid-friendly activities.

Fabulous accommodations

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Presidential Suite. The place was huge so we were able to spread out. The rooms were very clean, the beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Unfortunately, we were only in town for two nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer.

Great For Family!

This was a perfect place to stay for a family - it was very clean, had everything we needed (including a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, games for the kids and a movie night) and the location was perfect. We were close to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. I would highly recommend.

Immaculate condo

This place far exceeded anything I had imagined. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcomed. The condo was by far the cleanest unit that I have ever stayed in. I went on a trip with 4 kids and 2 adults and it was just perfect.

I booked a 2 bedroom unit and upon arriving i received a 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed for 3 adults and 2 children. Was told the 2 bedroom was an upgrade and they didn't have any available. Will not be back to this resort

Wonderful property, poor communication

We were aware when booking that a condo was assigned on the day of arrival, and that we would likely be solicited for a timeshare. We got a call at 2:30 on our arrival day (check-in is at 4) that they were overbooked and would need to move us to another nearby property (despite the fact that we had booked 3 months ago), and would call us back directly with details. I called back 2 hours later when I had not heard, and got the same story. I called again at 5:30, hoping we could check in, and was told they would call back ASAP. We did get an immediate call-back that time asking us to come to the original property. They booked us into a larger condo than we had reserved, and it was very nice. The concierge was very helpful in pointing out good restaurants, and was persistent but polite when I refused the timeshare presentation (I had to do so 3 times, but I was prepared for that). Overall, the condo was wonderful, and I very much appreciated how well designed the accessible condo we ended up in was. The staff were friendly, the grounds were nice and the pools were excellent. We loved the location and our time at Williamsburg.

Fun and Family Friendly

We got all the benefits of owning a timeshare without having to own a timeshare! This is a very spacious two bedroom apartment at the Club Wyndham Governor’s Green property. There was so much to love for our family of 5. Tons of space in the rooms for luggage and kid stuff. We never felt cramped in the living area or kitchen. We found a lot of basics in the kitchen, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, sponge, salt/pepper, coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar. They also provided beach towels. The pools were never crowded and our kids really liked the gentle sloped entry. There's a walking path and at night they have a massive gas fire pit. Never got around to the mini golf, volleyball, or tennis but they all looked like nice facilities. We were told that there were a couple 90 minute timeshare presentations each day that we could attend and get a free gift if we were interested. I said thanks and that was the end of the discussion. Zero pressure. We did not do the presentation because we didn't want to take the time and we know we can come back through Vrbo any time we want. We spent three days at Williamsburg which was super close, and had two beach days. Yorktown beach was small and calm, perfect for our 5-year old. Buckroe beach was much larger and it had waves. My 7 and 11 year olds had a blast there. Buckroe had lifeguards. Watch out for jellyfish at both. We will definitely be back!

We had a great week in Williamsburg visiting theme parks and colleges. The resort was a perfect spot for Busch Gardens with commute only 15 minutes. Great restaurants in the area and our concierge gave us some great recommendations. Everyone was comfortable with their own spots and kitchen was a big plus.
