"No breakfast Room was clean parking was good"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair was on the bedsheets and in the sink. Ice machine didn’t work. Woke up the next morning and food was all on the floor outside my room."

"Facility and amenities were excellent. The only drawback is charge for parking and there is a charge for breakfast. "

"I sat in the lobby trying to call the office for late check in for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to answer I ended up having to go to another hotel to get a room. I called the next morning to get a refund and was told “ I was working last night and didn’t get a single call” was told he needed to call his manger and would call me right back. I never got a call back or money back."
