"Spotless, well-appointed small house with fenced off privacy from the main house. Comfortable bed. Location was great for walking into town but also being quiet at night. A great play to stay to enjoy all of the outdoor things to do in Harper's Ferry as well as the history. Thoughtful hosts provided a lot of information about the area."

"getting in was a bit of a hassle, did not get the code at first, but once we were in, so glad it worked out. Very cute cottage, very clean, lots of nice thoughtful extra items to use in case you forgot something. You could here the creek from the front porch and the backyard had a lot of nice areas to sit, and fun to explore all the extras, even though we did not have much time to enjoy it. We were busy at the battle field. The property was very close to Sharpsburg and Antietam. The area was...

"My wife and I really enjoyed this perfect, little cottage. It was very comfortable and had all the ammenities we needed. It was also located in a beautiful, golden wheat field. It was very picturesque. It was conveniently located to downtown Charles Town. We drove our EV and charged for free at The American Public University charging stations a short 1/2 mile down the road. The only thing better than all of this was the timely and easy communication with the owner, Lisa. We would stay here...

"loved this property, secluded, quiet. Had everything we needed, coffee makers, utensils, washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, to name a few. a couple of miles of the main road, but very scenic. Only negative, (and wasn't really a negative), the road to Harpers Ferry was out, had to use detour, and extra 20 minute drive, but was a beautiful detour drive!"

"The property itself was good. The main concern was the neighbors across the street continually set off their car alarms and cussed at us when we were entering the property. They had a sign that was offensive painted on a car facing the house. We did not feel safe in the home."
