"Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. "Cozy hilltop home, nice view of the Ohio River and downtown Marietta in the winter with no leaves. The drive is steep but paved so choose an appropriate vehicle, but it’s a great place with more than enough room for 6 adults and a short drive (5-8 minutes tops) from downtown"

"The Gentleman at Reception was friendly and helpful with his knowledge of ‘eating places’, for us. The heated Pool was a brilliant addition to the Hotel and the cooked breakfast was great to start our day"
