Holland Country Cottage is located in the Golden Triangle!

  • This quaint country cottage is nestled on a beautiful 300-acre farm in Williamstown, KY. The Ark Encounter is less than 10 minutes away; we are 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. The cottage is located in what is referred to as The Golden Triangle since we are right between Lexington and Cincinnati and very close to Louisville. Just minutes of I-75 you have quick access to the interstate in order to travel to other surrounding cities. Downtown Williamstown is growing quickly and there are several antique shops that you can visit during your stay. Lake Williamstown is also just minutes from the cottage where you can enjoy renting a pontoon boat for the day.

    As you walk into the cottage, you enter into the spacious living and dining space, perfect for you and a guest to relax after exploring Williamstown. To the left of the dining area is the kitchen, stocked with everything you will need to make meals throughout your stay. A starter supply of paper towels, k-cups, creamer, and sweeteners are provided.

    To the left of the entryway will lead you to the master bedroom. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, perfect for 1-2 guests. Through the master bedroom is the master bathroom. This space has a toilet, sink/vanity, and a shower. A starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided. The towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup towels are located on a shelf in this bathroom.
    This space is the perfect place for you and a guest to enjoy. We hope that you choose to stay with us at Holland Country Cottage.

We went to Williamstown to see the Ark Encounter and stayed at this cute little cottage on a farm. It was peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed! We highly recommend this VRBO.

Everything was great! It was beautiful inside and outside. It is in the middle of an active farm, so it smelled like one outside, but it was clean inside and you couldn’t smell the outside. Overall it was quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the water drinkable. We liked sitting outside at night to listen to the nature. The management company was very helpful, as well.

Our visit was during a snowstorm and extreme cold temperatures the roads were clear everywhere. We absolutely enjoyed the view of the snow covered farm.The rental so so cozy when we finished each busy day.The property owners were wonderful to communicate throughout. The cabin was very cozy. For a small cabin it felt spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location felt remote and was quiet and peaceful, yet was close to nice restaurants and things to do. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for.

My wife and I stayed here for several days. It was a great central location for us to go to Cincinnati, Louisville, and The Ark. there was ample room in the property and the cows in the neighboring field were friendly, and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin as it is close enough to town for convenience but far enough to be quiet. The surrounding area is a gorgeous landscape complete with cows and wildlife. Inside is equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The cabin was spacious and comfortable.
