Nightly rate is for two guests. We charge an additional $15.00 per guest per night fee.
Living room/kitchen have open floor plan allowing a smooth flow throughout. (THE LIVING-ROOM IS EQUIPT WITH A PULL OUT SLEEPER SOFA “FULL”)
The family can gather around the cozy fireplace which is open to the kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all new appliances including Keurig, toaster, blender and microwave.
The master bedroom has queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom has full bed and TV. Third bedroom upstairs is a loft area and has two twin beds, TV with area to play games and a reading nook.
Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The house is smoke free and pet free.
Located on a corner lot with a private patio equipped with gas grill and a spacious back yard. Also, featuring a fire pit to enjoy smores and roast hotdogs by the fire with the family. (Firewood is provided).

This is this prettiest, best kept VRBO we’ve stayed at. The home itself is very well kept, very clean and perfect for families going to see the Ark Encounter and/or the Creation Museum! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for the Arc Encounter with my wife, our daughter and our grandson. Wonderful home - clean, good home with all the amenities! Wished that we could have stayed longer! Great owners also!!

Adorable House

All members of our party loved everything about this house. The location (minutes from the Ark Encounter), the amenities, decor, and cleanliness were all exceptional. Great place to recharge

In town for a conference at the Ark, stayed 3 nights. We would have loved to stay longer. Great house! Clean, well stocked, comfy beds and even the shower/water pressure were amazing! Hope to sometime come back to this property.

Perfect for visiting the Ark Encounter

Perfect little house for visiting the Ark Encounter, which is just a couple of miles away. House was very clean and had all of the essentials we needed for our 4 night stay. Our 12 year old son really enjoyed the loft area. Owners are right next door, which adds to the comfort. Would highly recommend.

Like home!

We really enjoyed the house and the cool neighborhood. We did spend lots of time away visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Williamstown is a lovely town and we enjoyed just riding around in it. We found the people to be very hospitable. We loved "Beans"--delicious food!!!!! It was a great time! And we loved our home!

Wonderful Stay

This location was perfect for us. Our main agenda during our stay was to spend a day at The Ark and a day at The Creation Musuem. The Ark was right there and interstate access was right there for other activities. House was perfect size for the 6 of us. Sry clean and well maintained. Super property.

Perfect House!

We have stayed at so many rentals, but never a place as clean and spotless as this. The owner is easy to contact and so helpful. The owner has thought of everything you will need from snacks to games. If you are going to The Ark, you can be there within 5 minutes. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

Loved the house, very quiet neighborhood, easy check in. Would stay there again if we were ever back in the area. The only reason I gave four stars on the description is I didn’t see that the 3rd bedroom was upstairs and we had a person that couldn’t climb stairs. Rearranging rooms were a little difficult at first.

What a lovely little house!

I brought the family in for some Kentucky fun. The house was just lovely. Would recommend for any family with kids because the upstairs is just perfect for little ones to play. It was a bit small for 6 adults and 2 children but only because the kids take up so much space. Lol…. But just a really nice and clean place to stay. Would highly recommend! Elizabeth from Ohio.

Ark Trip

This house should be the standard for every VRBO host. To say the house was immaculate woud be an understatement. Every bed was comfortabal with quality bedding. I have NEVER stayed at a house that actually had everything you needed and extra. For once the in person was better than the pictures. I wish every VRBO house was like this one. A doll house dream come true

Owners had it decorated for Christmas, firewood available, fully stocked laundry and a kitchen even a coffee bar ready for us. We felt safe in the neighborhood to have our kids place corn hole in the back yard. Our 2 boys had the upstairs and our teen girl had a room to herself. My husband and I had our private bathroom. It was quiet here and SUPER clean. It's just 20 minutes from all the conveniences you could want. We had a gas station down the road if we needed. Stock up on groceries for the stay and enjoy. We stayed 5 nights. We recommend staying here 5 stars +!!!
